I am in charge of the development of https://www.screenpresso.com, a leading tool for screen capture.
People complain of an issue only with Screenpresso and only with TeamViewer and only when the "Show black screen" option is ticked. The screen captures are all black.
How can I make Screenpresso be able to successfully take screenshots when the "Show black screen" option is checked? Is there an API, or can you please white list Screenpresso.exe and ScreenpressoCapture.exe?
