Regarding Connection Lost Error

Dear Team,
I connected another mobile via Teamviewer (installed in my Mobile) Quick support Application (in other mobile) and i want to use other mobile screen.
Earlier i connected via same way, but Now when i entered id and Go to connect, Partner (other Mobile) Allow but still connection is not Share.
Here i attached Screenshot for your reference Of Error Message.
Please resolve this issue As soon as possible.

We can't see the screenshot you are talking about. Could you please check?
Also, we would need more information about the OS and the manufacturer models of the devices you are using.
