I have installed TeamViewer host and Quick Support.
I can see the device as screen cast is activated but no able control it.In fact, a blue hand is acting as a pointer.
Is this device supported? any extra configuration is miss from my side?
Do they even monitor this forum or do they hope they can support us less be making their customers do it?

I have a plus, not a power and am having this same issue. quicksupport + universal add-on with no screenshare or control.

Same Problem Here.With Quick Support, I can control the smartphone, but, with Host, I can't.
Have the same issue. From what I read, it seems that the issue is on TeamViewer side, and they need to implement the host in the right way.
My goal is to have unattended TW connections to Moto G8. I have Host app on my Moto G8 Power device. I granted both Host and QuickSupport rights to display over other apps. I linked the Host with my TW account
Now I open TW on my windows PC. I can connect unattended, but it says "This device supports screen sharing only".
Tried the Universal Add-on (seems like this is actually the QuickSupport app). Does not change the behavior, still can only connect unattended with screen sharing only.
