Our company has a Teamviewer 8 licence, however when I log into the Teamviewer website and try to upgrade the account from "Free" to "Business", I am receiving an error "The entered license is invalid". The key is definitely valid and correct.
I can successfully use the same key to activate the licence on the local PC installation. The problem is that these settings recently started to remove themselves after time and now whenever I enter them, I am advised I have x amount of moves left.. I just want to make sure I don't run out of "moves" which is why I need to ensure the account information is also correct. I assume this is also why I can't log a ticket as the records assume we have only a free account. Can anyone advise please? Thanks.
