Cant connect to Lenovo tablet

Hi, I'm new here - hope someone can help me.

I Just bought a Lenovo TB-X606X. I installed the Teamviever Host and the AADon for Lenovo.
I can connect to the tablet from my PC, and se status, transfer files and so on.
But I can not remote control the tablet. Nothing happens when I try.

I did the same thing on an older Lenovo Yoga tablet, and there are no problems.

What do I miss?

It might be the case that the add-on of this specific tablet is now outdated due to a hard- or software update of Lenovo.

You are correct - Lenovo is one of our supported manufacturers: Supported manufacturers for remotely controlling Android devices

However, we cannot guarantee the coverage of 100% of the manufacturer's devices, as major soft- and hardware update are constantly happening. The add-ons, that are specific to each device, have to be updated.

If the remote control is now available, it means that the add-on is not updated yet. Our dedicated teams are working hard to keep all add-ons up-to-date. I kindly ask you for your understanding. The remote control will be available again as soon as possible.
