QS Add-on for Samsung can't be installed from play store on Samsung M21

I have downloaded Quick Support on my new Samsung M21 to control remotely from another mobile , it requires QS add-on, but i couldn't install add-on. It prompted error like can't install on samsung ,

Does anyone have the same issue?
