Through my company, I have a many customer computers setup with TeamViewer 11 Host, assigned to my account for easy access. But after installing latest version of Windows 10 (Creators update - v. 1703) through the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant on customer computers, the installed TeamViewer Host automatically generates a new TeamViewer ID. This makes the computer unreachable for me unless someone with local access to the computer sends me the new ID. This is a problem since the computers are physically placed at hard to reach locations and only setup with remote control through TeamViewer.
Is there a fix to this issue? Will Windows 10 computers eventually automatically get the Creators Update though the regular Windows Update channel, without using the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant? And will the installed TeamViewer Host then will keep its ID?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
