Delete and add u user to teamviewer
Hello,
I did add a user to the company. Problem is when we tried to login there was a message send to trust the browser.
Then i realized that the email adres of the user was not active yet. But the could not find a way to resend that mail after activating the email adress.
So i deleted the user in the management console. And i tried to add him again. But even when deleted i get the error that de email adres is allready in use. Any idea's how to resolve this ?

If you delete the user of your company profile, it does not delete the account in our database. It just removes it from your User Management menu. If you want to delete the account, please follow these instructions: How to delete your TeamViewer account
If you want to keep the account, I recommend you, once the email address of the user is active, to log in again and see if the email is sent. If not, please contact our support so they can help you further: How to submit a ticket
