Conference without Moderator being present ?

Hi all,

is there a way for participants to start a meeting without a moderator being present and starting the meeting?

we use BLIZZ Company

No, one has to start the meeting (he is the licensed organizer). He does not need to present though or do anything else but he has control over the participants (mute, remove, lock meeting) which makes big sense.
