When a user clicks on the "help me" button TeamViewer doesnt send a help request
Nope, scratch that, It does work. If the screen that comes up has a delete button on it, then they already have an open case. Click delete, then enter the fields, then click "Request Support"
I concur, it does not appear to be working on my custom host either.
