Teamviewer does not send the right click mouse down status, so you can't use drag & drop with right click. There are apps (web or win32) which need this (maps for example).
IMO, it should be available, especially since there's a setting for that "Disable remote drag & drop integration". If not enabled, the right click should have a "mouse down" status, like for the left click.
