Remote control of Android One devices

We are testing a few different Android 10 phones, and it looks like TeamViewer doesn't support remote control - only viewing - for Android One devices.

We have seen this on Nokia 5.3 and Moto G Pro, which both run Android One, whereas Samsung A50, also running Android 10, works just fine with remote control.

Is there an issue with teamViewer and Android One?
