Is it possible to upgrade from 9 to 12 ?

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    Unfortunately, our update button does not trigger an update to TeamViewer version 12 .
    To move from version 9 to version 12, you will have to do it manually.
