Unable to interact with remote computer after UAC credentials are entered.


I have not had this issue before, but on a recent call, I was not able to interact with a remote computer, using TeamViewerQS, after the remote computer's user successfully entered the UAC credentials.  Sometime I was able to move the mouse pointer, but not click or right click and some sometimes, on the same session, was not able to interact at all.  Thank you for consider my problem.
