Could connect and see screen, but couldn't see anything I did there
I've been using Team Viewer to help my grandmother with her computer. It's been working fine, but now she is using a different computer. I was able to connect to her computer and see her screen, but I couldn't see anything I did on her computer. I clicked to open Chrome, she said it was open, but on my end nothing had happened. And it was like this with everything else I tried.
Any ideas?
