Not receiving trusted device confirmation email

Cannot log into my work account due to never receiving any trusted device confirmation emails. Checked spam and work filter settings already. I receive them without any issues on this free account but not my work one.
How can I possibly create a ticket if I cannot even log in to begin with? The account has already been activated.
