Re-installation V13 business license

Following a ransomeware action, I had to format and re-install everything on my computer. My problem is about cntacting teamviwer staff to get help for reinitializing installation countdow (0 for the moment) to allowed me a new installation
Is there anybody who know an email address to contact them?
