Lost access to business license
I had a business license activated under my account, due to hardware changes I lost access to it, I have changed to my previous configuration but I still don't have access. I have tried to add the license key again but I am getting: 'The license you tried to activate is already activated on another TeamViewer account.'
How can I get this resolved ?

As the message says, your license is most probably already on an other account (e-mail address). Please check if you might have activated it on a different account.
