Sound Bug

I am monitoring my daughter computer from my desktop and she is having on-line classes with Cisco **Third Party Product** plataform. When I enable sound communication between my desktop and her notebook, the audio communication between her notebook and on-line classroom shut-off and we need to close teamwier and restart the connection on cisco **Third Party Product** again to turn on the sound communication again. Some one know how to fix that problem?

    Have you tried to see if it helps to change the sound device in the audio settings menu?
