Pointer on Android device

I am looking for a way to add a pointer of any kid to remotely controlled Android phones (Samsung A20).  I am using either Windows 7/10 laptop to control.

I am training hundreds of users remotely on how to use a specifc Android App. from my Windows laptop. The student has QuickSupport on their Android phone. It would be of significant benefit if I could have a pointer come up on their device that I could move around to draw their attention to specific parts of their screen.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
