connecting issue

trying to connect to the the other computer of mine, but no success.  i purchased the business license yesterday, and then started encountering this issue. not sure if it has anything to do with the license. i'm not anywhere physically close to the other computer.  look forward to getting some suggestions in this community. Thanks in advance.

im using windows, and the other computer is running on linux ubuntu. didnt receive any error msg. tried many times today. in the begining, the connection stopped at the stage of  " initializing display parameters" .  Now the connection stopped at the stage of "verifying". Thank you.

    Could you please make sure you are using the latest version of TeamViewer on both sides of the connection? And then, try again - it should work.
