Losed Remote Access account, how to Reset my licence?
01.07.2020: purchase of REMOTE ACCESS license. Invoice received and mail to activate.
A free license was in the computer (user of PC in office and home).
None of activation of license was successful.
Free license is ongoing with the mail of office. Also in the local PC the user is free license.
At home (now local PC), the activation of license with the old mail is not possible. Popup: license exist. Only free license are available.
How can I reset the license and receive a new mail, with the activation link, in the local PC?
