Account blocked for commercial usage

Hi there, 

I work for an IT company and I was trying to use teamviewer to acces my personal server at home through out companies Wifi.

My account has now been blocked and I can no longer access the server at all, since I have no monitor attached. 

It would be super if you could help me get my account back quickly.
