In Remote Control, Partner IDs are missing in Windows 10

When using Teamviewer on my iPhone, I have a list of "Partner ID"s (machines) that I can remote control ... that list is correct:  it contains all the computers I have registered and each item (computer) has an Alias.

In my Windows 10 Teamviewer installation, a few months ago, under Remote Control, the list in the dropdown of "Partner ID" has disappeared.  Yes, I'm logged on to both iPhone and Windows with the exact same Teamviewer ID.  The data clearly isn't lost because I can log off and on my iPhone app and the list returns perfectly.  I have done the same on the Windows installation and the problem persists.

I waited a couple of releases to see if it would get corrected (it's pretty obvious and I can't be the only user out there with this problem, right?) ... but ... still not fixed.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem and ... is it known to the Teamviewer team?  Is there a fix?  TYIA!

    Hello @motormouth

Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

In the Windows version, the list of your partner's IDs is in the menu Computers & Contacts.
