Screen unreadable when remote connecting to Lenovo

Hy there!

Sorry if im posting in the wrong section or if this issue is already opened somewhere (i cannot find anything regarding this issue). Im having a hard time connecting to my moms LENOVO Tab3 7 Essential, Wi-Fi, 7.0" IPS, Quad Core MT8127 1.3GHz, 8GB, 1GB, Android Lollipop 5.0. Installed the right apps to connect, connected via laptop (tried from a samsung s7 edge too) to the tablet, i was prompted to install an addon for lenovo, did that. But when i finally connect to the tablet, the image is scattered and i cannot see a thing (pic attached). Please help me out with this one. Im using this to help my mom if shes running into some trouble.screenshot.png
