Overdue Invoice Paid, but still no access

Hi, I have aid Overdue Invoice, but TeamViewer still getting the messaga on top:
Connection is blocked due to Overdue Invoice.

Have not received any activation emails.

Please assist.

    I have the same issue too, We have made payment but are not able to access and a message pops. 

    I cant get hold of anyone and we need to urgently use the software!

    Hi TeamViewer,

    We have the same issue at Superfos Randers (customer account [removed per Community Guidelines]). The invoice was paid Monday and we still have the banner.

    I asked my account manager and he asked me to contact you here to speed up the process. I wonder why he did not do it for me instead of me having to go through the steps of creating a support account etc. But here I am :).

    While you please remove the restriction asap?
