Have deployed a bunch of TV10 clients (application exe exported from the TeamViewer Management console). They show up fine in the TVMC in the AutoAdded group, however have a red triangle with an exclamation mark. I can change the name and all the settings in the property, but when I try to move the device to the relevant company group, I get the following error "You cannot move this device to a shared group as it is assigned to your account".
I can move other clients around without the red triangle. I asked a collegue of mine to try and he gets the same result.
Any suggestions please?
