How do I contact TeamViewer Support
Hi, I just want to email support to ask about a bill they sent me to see if it is genuine or not, but its soo hard to navigate this site.
I click on contact support, then it takes me to the forum, and so I do a search for the topic, its not found and then it asks me to contact support, so I click that again, then I click submit a ticket and then it takes me right back to the community forum again.
Am I missing a step here?

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience and hope we can help with it.
With regards to the support ticket, you have to submit a ticket with your licensed account, if you have not activated your license into the account, it comes to the community page. In this situation, please call our support team instead of raising a ticket.
