how to activate my license
I have a remote access license with this login account.
But in the management console, it shows I am a free user.
I try to reactive from the link you give me by email but after I log in, it shows a message "The license you tried to activate is already activated on your TeamViewer account."
How can I fix this?

I want to cancel my remote access subscription.
I can not open a ticket via management console -> get help, it will guild me to this community.
