An error occurred while retrieving your licence. On macOS.

Unable to use teamviewer due to this error.

Used to have a licence through work (though I provided my own machine) now I have left the job I can't connect to my home machine due to this error.

I have comletely removed and reinstalled TeamViewer a number of time, both automatically and manually.

Suggestions?

  • This isn't a great answer given that we can't raise a ticket for a free license... I have a licensed TeamViewer account through my work but it has nothing to do with the machine I'm having the same issue on.
