Can't hear other user in screen recording


When I'm in a remote session with another user, I started an internet call with them and we can both hear each other through TeamViewer. When I start a screen recording through TeamViewer, we can continue to hear each other but when I playback the recording, I can only hear myself. I can't hear the other user in the recording. Is there a way to get this working?

    Thank you for your post.

    First of all, please make sure that you use the VoIP through TeamViewer. If you use an internet call instead, the screen record cannot catch VoIP.

    Secondly please check "Record partner's video and VoIP" from Extras > options . Remote control.screen recording.png
