Transfer computer-groups to new account

Hi all,

we just aquired a company with an Teamviewer-corporate-license with 500+ computers in 8 groups. We are able to share this groups with our own ("new") account. 

But I guess, when the old account is deleted or disabled, cause the license is running out, we will loose these informations :'(

Is there a way to export / import these computer

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    You need to log in with the owner-account(s) of these groups and then share it with your new accounts by giving full access. We explain how to proceed in this Knowledge Base article right here: Sharing groups 

    If you have no access at all to the TeamViewer account that own the groups, there is, unfortunately, due to security reasons, no way to access the groups.

    Hi @JeanK,

    that is exactly what we did. we shared the existing group in "Account A" (old account) with "Account B" (new company).

    But what happens if "Account A" is deleted after a while? Is "Account B" loosing the groups / computer-profiles?
