eWas my iPhone hacked?

I was recently involved in a scam where the person had me install TeamViewer QuickConnect. I have since removed the app and changed all the passwords but am not sure what all they could have downloaded or taken from my iPhone. It kept connecting to a server. Can anyone advise?
