macOS Big Sur Reboot and Lock greyed out. Unable to control remote computer.

Big Sur machine and Remote Host v15.11.6 installed. All permissions set and ticked.

Unable to control remote computer.

No mouse or keyboard access, unable to remote reboot computer, Reboot and Lock Computer options greyed out. 

Any clues what's up?

    Thanks for your post.

    Big Sur will be supported by TeamViewer starting with TeamViewer in version 15.12. See: Which operating systems are supported? 

    It is possible that the error is connected to the fact that you are using version 15.11. 

    The 15.12. is already available as Public Beta. This would allow you to test whether it also happens under 15.12. However, we do not recommend using an Insider Build or a Public Beta on a productive system as stated here What are TeamViewer insider builds? 

    We are planning to release the official 15.12 this week.

    I have the same problem and I have updated Teamviewer to latest versions on both computers.
