I have no user ID or Password

On my home menu, I have no user iD or password, this is my home screen ? Can anyone help pls

  • I am getting this message, I have tried many things and no joy. It is working fine on other PCs on my network so it is device-related. I have a good internet connection and I able to browse without issue. I have done many google searches and tried everything. I have tried turning off the firewall and disabling my antivirus. Please help

    Thank you for your post. As your second screenshot showed, your device is not ready please check your connection. For the most part, TeamViewer is able to make connections without any special configuration of a device. However, it is possible that your TeamViewer may indicate a red light and the error message above. Please follow the instructions in the article to check

  • Morning Fiona, thank you for your response it is greatly appreciated, unfortunately the red light indicator is on but the internet is working fine as I am able to open up internet sites alongside it
