Two computers seem to be in different accounts

I have tried to install TeamViewer on two computers. Somehow they seem to be in different accounts. When I look at the list of computers each one only shows its own name and not the other one. How can I disconnect one from the account it is in, and then add it to the same account as the other one?

Every computer has a single and unique TeamViewer ID.
