My parents have an iPad Air (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPad_Air_(2019)). Every time I start a QuickSupport app session with them, it starts in a wrong orientation - it's in Portait mode for me but their iPad is Landscape mode.

The problem is very similar as stated to another problem that's been solved: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Mobile/IOS-11-sharing-screen-wrong-direction/td-p/14379

My current workaround is to use the rotation controls to turn the orientation on my end. But it often leads to a disconnect in 2-3 minutes laster when it says that broadcast stopped because another broadcast was started. I guess the rotating creates a "disturbance in force" of some sort. So I oftern give up and just physically rotate my laptop to match the orientation.

I have the latest iOS mobile Teamviewer app and I am not able to rotate the screen into Landscape Mode, only portrait. I see the rotate icons but they are not clickable. Does anyone have any ideas on how to rotate their screen when viewing their iphone screen?

    Thanks for your help!

Same. I'm able to share my iPhone screen with my iPad, but the rotate controls don't work. They have in the past. My iOS and iPad OS software, and the TeamViewer Apps' software, are up to date.

    Thanks for any help!
