"The connection has been lost. Trying to reconnect...." makes my PC restart?

Hi,

Recently my PC has been getting that error message every 30-40 minutes which then causes my PC to be unresponsive which causes me to end session and then reconnect to find it has restarted. I would like to know if this is due to a TeamViewer issue? and if so is it easily fixable or is it more of a PC problem?

    Hello @KiraO,

    This sounds more like an internet connection issue.

    I would check on both sides of the connection if the internet connections are stable.
