Assigned Android device needs to be reassigned onsite.

I sent a customer an android device with Teamviewer "Host" already assigned to my account, it shows in my TeamViewer "Computers and Contacts" It was giving me a login rejected message and it says on his end to assign device ie it's not assigned to me, how can I assign it without giving this person my password?
