How can my client give me remote access?

My client is trying to give me remote access to her computer. I am having a hard time finding some step by step instructions on what she needs to do and what I need to do. Can someone direct me to some instructions on how to accomplish remote access? I am new to Team Viewer so I have absolutely no point of reference. I have created an account with Team Viewer from and invitation my client sent to be added as a contact. I am in the teamviewer-iot.com site. Not sure if that is the right place but I don't see her computer anywhere. My client has another person that remotes in to her computer already.
