Trial license expired and connections are now blocked
Hello All
I applied for the 14-day trial license and it has expired, I cannot afford to purchase the full license and now when I try to use Teamviewer for personal use it says
I have tried uninstalling application, removing folders, deleting registry entries and it still wont work.
I have spoken to the Sales person who I was dealing with for the trial and she says she cannot help and suggested I ask the community.

Was told to request a reset at this link https://www.teamviewer.com/en/reset-management/ and perhaps the people at Teamviewer HQ are too busy as I haven't received any feedback and when I try to do it again all I received is this

I have the same issue. I had a trial license for a short time and then I reverted back to a free license. Now the program is unusable because I can't connect with an error message saying the connection is blocked due to an expired trial license. Both clients on the connector and connectee devices show as having a free license. The article posted above does not address this issue. I cannot contact support as a free user, so I'm stuck with asking here for some help. Can anyone help with this?

I am facing the same issue but only from my iOS device trying to connect to my personal devices.
Has anyone here found a resolution?
