My over the internet connection is working "one-way" only. I can connect from computer A to computer B, but not the other way round. It is showing my other computer as being "offline" even though I know it is online. Please advise.

Please make sure you are connecting to the correct TeamViewer ID.
If this does not help, I recommend deleting the computer from your list and adding it back.
