Protocol Negotiation Failed
Hello Community,
I hoping there is someone in this community to help me with an issue. I am hugely frustrated talking to the support admin regarding this.
I am a licensed user of teamviewer 13.2.5287. This version is installed on both my PCs. Two weeks ago I stopped connecting to my home PC from my office PC.
When I try to connect to my home PC. I see "incoming connection..." message and then the message "Protocol Negotiation failed. Try again!" and it doesnt connect after that.
Can anybody please help?

Thank you for reaching out to us on TeamViewer Community.
Can you kindly restart TeamViewer services for both sides of connection please then try again for remote control connection.
Kindly follow the path:
Windows key -> Run -> services.msc -> TeamViewer -> Restart

I did this on computer1 'Windows key -> Run -> services.msc -> TeamViewer -> Restart'
Computer2 is my android phone. I didnt know an equivalent to this for android. So I restarted the android phone.
I still get "incoming connection..." and then "Protocol Negotiation Failed"

Thank you for replying.
Can you kindly try exit/close the current TeamViewer app on android device and restart/open the app again.
Meantime, please ensure that you have signed in the licensed account on TeamViewer (PC side) before initiate any connections.

Yes, tried closing teamviewer and restarting android device.
There couldnt be a license issue, because if there was a license issue, I would alteast connect for 2 mins. Here, I cant even connect at all.
Any other suggestions, other than turning off and on again.
