When I installed teamviewer quick support on my vivax tv, when I opened the application, a window popped out saying "your device supports the additional *remote control* feature. Please contact our support".

Could you please install the application via the .apk from our website?

Or directly via this link: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.apk
The message you mentioned should disappear after the installation of the .apk
