Teamviewer not starting on Mac Monterey 12.0 Beta 3 (21A5284e)

When attempting to run TeamViewer 15.19.4 (4e9fde45e28) on Mac Monterey 12.0 Beta 3 (21A5284e), it hangs displaying TeamViewer is Starting, but it never starts. If I do Help/Check system access, everything is green. I've tried reinstalling, turning Firewall off.

What else can I try?

    TeamViewer is not (yet) compatible with Mac Monterey 12.0 Beta 3.

    TeamViewer 15.20.4 (8e3526eee15) has the same symptoms.

    As well, in Preferences, I cannot assign my computer to my valid account. Assign button stays inactive even though E-mail/password is correct.

    TV 15.21.4 (29039f2755f) has the same symptoms, hangs while attempting to startup, macOS 12.0 Beta (21A5304g)
