Password changed due to reboot and I cannot connect anymore

Hi all

I left on vacation after writing down the TeamViewer password. Unfortunately, the password seems to have changed due to a reboot (probably) and I am now unable to access remotely my computer.

I have left on vacation for 3 weeks and my computer is on and will remain on.

Is there any way to connect to it? Or just shut it down remotely? I am in another country now.

I have the ID and previous password and I could verify that I am the owner.

    If you didn't set up a personal password or enable Easy Access, there is no way to gain access to your device remotely. If you didn't manage to set up the mentioned options, your password will change randomly after each reboot.
