Group sharing with Tensor

In the past my company relied on TeamViewer free licenses and computer groups created by a local administrator and shared among other employees.

We joined a global company from which we received Tensor licenses: the local administrator is not able to share these groups anymore, even if he still result as the owner (grey cloud symbol).

How can he manage the sharing of these groups?

If it's not possible, can he name the Corporate Administrator as new owner of the existing groups? Is it required for him to return to TeamViewer free in order to do it?

    As a first step, could the local administrator try to share the groups via User management on the Management Console?

    All the steps are described in our article, with a video 👉 : How to share a group via User management (for admins)

    He will be able to select the user(s) he needs to share the group(s) with and the permissions.
