Connection problem
I am able to connect to my remote computer and see the screen on it. However, I do not have any functions that work including the mouse,
I used to have TV working all the time but had to move to a new computer and apparently did something wrong during the install. (Free version)

Could you please make sure you have Full access set up on the remote computer?
You can verify this in the TeamViewer options by right-clicking on the TeamViewer icon in the Windows tray → Options → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to this computer as below:
Also, please verify if you have Full access on your local computer.
