Easy access not working with new laptop

I do have Tensor at my current laptop and I'm able to connect my desktop pc with easy access. It works perfectly. It does not require any accept buttons on the remote computer and display and control is shared immediately. I'm able to access it from mobile app or webclient too. It works as it's configured.

However, in my new laptop, the easy access doesn't work anymore. It requires every time user confirmation from remote computer. Display sharing needs to be accepted and control need to be accepted separately.

Both laptops are using same 15.42.9 version of Tensor. I have checked options for both laptops that those are the same. Desktop computer settings are not changed.

What would be an issue with this new laptop settings?

    Great - then I would suggest disabling/enabling Easy access again on the target laptop, just to make sure it is correctly set up.

    To do this, you can disable and re-enable easy access from the main interface.

    Did this fix it? Just as a start...

    it’s old version in both laptops. The new interface is not allowed.
