Hi. Every time after I use team viewer, the app keeps signing out. Next time I use the app again I have to sign in once again.
Can I stay signed in for a longer period of time even if I close the app after using it? Thanks.
Hi all,
We're aware of an issue that caused the "stay signed in" feature to not work as expected in some cases. We rolled out a fix for this today. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Our team is also working on some other issues that have been reported, with TeamViewer being signed out unexpectedly.
Note that if your company uses Single-Sign-On, the sign-in duration is set by your corporate policies.
I'll keep you updated as soon as we have more to share.
We thank you for your patience and trust as we work to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Hello together,
Thank you all for your messages.
We forwarded you cases to our development department, which has confirmed that they are working on it.
Please keep your TeamViewer client updated to ensure you do not miss the fix as soon as it is available.
You'll find all Changelogs here: Changelogs
We are very sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about TeamViewer or need more information, please feel free to contact us again.
Best, Nadin
This is still broken. I have 2 Macs and the iOS app and they all still log out every time the device boots or the app is fully quit. This used to work, so clearly it's possible to have it work, but whatever fix was rolled out on January 24, 2025 is not working.
The hoops I have to go through to remote control my home machine (build an SSH tunnel, then use Screen Share through that tunnel, and then log into Teamviewer remotely via screen share) is the only way to get it working. Absolutely terrible.
Hi, I experience the same issue. I updated Teamviewer to the latest version on IOS. Now the app keeps signing me out every time I completely close the app. It seems like an issue with the latest version. I never had this issue previously.
I've noticed it only happening (when using IOS-version) when the app is completely turned off. If the app is left still running in the background, it doesn't lead to me being signed out. Although, instant sign out when turning it completely off…
Hello @OxyBenj,
This setting is not on TeamViewer side, but on the Identity Provider you are using, in this case Microsoft Entra ID.
I can't tell you where exactly this setting is, but I'm sure you can find this information in their Knowledge Base or support forum. 🙂
Let me know if you have any further questions! I'll be happy to assist.
Hello JeanK,
You've refenced that if we're using SSO that corporate policies set the logout time of the account - can you point me in the direction of that setting? We're using AAD to handle SSO for TeamViewer Tensor.
Cheers

Thank you for your feedback!
Our team is actively working to address all remaining scenarios.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific resolution timeline at this moment.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
I'm using Windows 11.
I am still experiencing the issue on version 15.62.4. I'm on MacOS if this makes any difference.
Thank you for your positive feedback so far.
If you encounter any sign-in/off issues with version 15.62.4, please keep reporting them here. 🙌
This helps us a lot.
Happy connecting,
15.62.4 is working for me also.
Yes. 15.62.4, week and no logoff, heureka.
Build 15.62.4 looks like it has resolved the issue for me. Hope everyone else has the same luck!
Still encountered the issue on 15.62.4. Any update about that?
Having the same issue. UI version: 15.61.4
The update has had no effect. We're paying thousands of dollars each year for this.
Same for me need help
I have the same problem with the new version. I have 15.61.4
nobody has mentioned this is happening on IOS 18.2.1 after every session. I have tried windowns 10-11. Old version of teamviewer and new interface. Clients are all up to date.
And same here. I can't even remember, how old this issue is. So there is nobody, who can fix this? Is it so huge problem for developers to fix logging off? And how about security of Team Viewer in general, if this is so big deal?
Same here. Fresh install of Windows 11 and TV. Every morning I have to sign back in. Super annoying!!
Still a problem. Any updates from the developer team?
I have toggled the ' leave me logged in' button but the system keeps logging me off
This is happening all the time, on the latest version, happens on every computer I have the client installed. Doesn't make a bean of difference if keep me signed in is ticked and it's a right faff to have to keep logging in and redoing MFA every day! This has been on an ongoing issue for over a year. Given how much Teamviewer costs now (going up every year) this seems a bit of joke issue that shouldn't even happen.
I would say this became an issue once that new interface got fausted on us, never happened prior to that.
I am also having the same issue on my iPhone and desktop versions. I have to login again almost every day. My versions are fully up to date.
I am currently at the latest version, nothing has changed. If my computer goes on sleepmode, it will be logged out when i wake it up.
Same problem here, it is happening on my PC (15.61.4) and my iphone (15.59.579 CL) as well but I don't have this problem on my ipad (15.59.579 CL).
Since I need to (and can only) access my PC remotely during longer period of days I don't know how this is gonna work next week…
I'm having the same problem on the same version. Not sure but I think it started happening when I was forced to use the new interface.
Looks like this was an issue in the past and it's happening again. On at least 2 machines that i know of, TeamViewer has logged itself out (multiple times) even after making sure that I've selected to keep that device logged in. The systems have not rebooted. This makes trying to connect to a remote device, well, impossible if it's supposed to be logged in perpetually but the software is logging itself out.
I'm running version: 15.61.4.
I saw in a previous thread this was an issue in 13.2. Is the issue back in 15.6?
